Production halted

Production halted

Hello dear wargamers !

We have some unfortunate news to share with you.
As some of our regular customers may have noticed, our shipping times have increased significantly in recent weeks. We have indeed been experiencing recurring quality issues with our products, and many orders have had to be reprinted several times to pass our quality control checks.

Following the recent drop in temperatures in our region, the situation has worsened, and the reason has become clearer.
There is no more heating in our workshop, and this morning the temperature inside was only 14°C. The resin 3D printing process is very sensitive to temperature, and it is impossible for us to continue production under these conditions.

A heating technician just checked our system, and it turns out our gas boiler has broken down (there’s a leak in the heating element).
Given the age of the boiler and the cost of a new heating element, we decided to replace the entire unit rather than repair the part.
We are therefore awaiting a quote for the installation of a brand-new gas boiler.

In the meantime, we regret to inform you that we must temporarily suspend production. The shipment of your orders will inevitably be delayed, and we are doing everything we can to minimize this delay.

It is difficult for us to provide you with an estimate, and we fully understand if you prefer to cancel your order. Please feel free to let us know if you’d like to do so.

*** EDIT from April 09 ***

After replacing our boiler, a plumbing leak flooded our workshop. That boiler really gave us trouble right to the very end :-(
This delayed our return to business a little longer, as we had to have the damage assessed by our insurance company.

Now that the troubles are behind us (we hope), we resumed production this morning, and we’re working to catch up on our backlog of orders.

We would like to thank you for your messages of encouragement and your patience during this difficult time. We feel very lucky and grateful to have such a caring community by our side.

THANK YOU !

*** EDIT from April 22 ***

A final update on the situation.

The new boiler is working perfectly, but the subsequent flooding caused significant damage to the workshop.
Water seeped into one of the wall outlets, and despite having a UPS, four printers were fried.

We have completed the necessary repairs and received the four motherboards needed to get the printers up and running again.
We will gradually ramp up to full capacity and catch up on the backlog of orders.
If you have an order pending, don’t worry—it will be shipped, albeit with some delay, but it will be shipped.

In the interest of transparency, and to provide you with more detailed information about the status of your orders, we will display the order currently being processed in the website’s notification banner. It will be updated daily after we drop off our packages.

We apologize for this unusual situation; we are doing our best to minimize your wait time.
